General Description: We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Denver branch. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality. Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management. Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications :

Associates degree

Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management

Experience with business to business sales preferred

Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction

Professional image

Minimum Qualifications:

Over 18 years of age

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience

Strong written and verbal English skills

Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Salary: $65K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
